ARTpublika Magazine LLC is an arts-focused digital publication and e-commerce platform. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and never use our content for harmful, malicious, or illegal purposes.

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & AI RESTRICTIONS

• Visual Content: All visual works are the exclusive property of Yelizaveta Campese (Liz Publika) and ARTpublika Magazine LLC.

• AI Training Ban: You are explicitly prohibited from using any content from this Site to train AI models, machine learning systems, or large language models.

• Shop Authenticity & Human Creation: All product designs in The ARTpublika Shop are 100% human-conceived and created. We do not use "Generative AI" to create the subject matter or core designs. While we utilize AI-assisted production tools for technical refinements—such as sharpening, background removal, or file optimization—the creative expression and artistic value are exclusively the work of human artists.

 

5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE TRANSPARENCY 

We use AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Wix, Printful) to assist with administrative tasks, marketing, and enhancing editorial images. All AI-assisted editorial content is reviewed and approved by humans before publication.

 

6. BILLING, SHIPPING, & FINAL SALE 

All products in The ARTpublika Shop are produced on-demand and are Final Sale. Provide accurate billing information; you are responsible for reshipping costs for undeliverable orders due to incorrect information.

 

7. EU PRODUCT SAFETY (GPSR)

ARTpublika features content produced by independent freelancers. Any service agreements between a user and a contributor (including PR or specialized coverage) are personal to those parties and do not create liability for ARTpublika Magazine LLC.

 

9. LIABILITY & "AS IS" DISCLAIMER 

The Site is provided "AS IS" with all faults. You release ARTpublika Magazine LLC and our service providers (including AI providers) from all claims, demands, and damages arising from disputes or AI-generated content.

 

10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES 

These Terms are governed by New York State law. Any legal claims must be filed in courts located in NYC, New York, within 14 days of the cause of action. For all product-related defects or shipping issues, the specific claim windows and procedures in our Return & Shipping Policy take precedence.

 

11. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 

These Terms, along with our Return & Shipping Policy (available at www.artpublikamag.com/return-shipping-policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and ARTpublika Magazine LLC.
