RETURN/SHIPPING POLICY

1. FINAL SALE / MADE-TO-ORDER NOTICE
All items in The ARTpublika Shop are produced on-demand. All sales are final. We do not maintain inventory and cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or color preference.
2. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
We will provide a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged, contain manufacturing defects, or do not match the order specifications (wrong design/product).

Claim Window: You must notify us at artpublikamag@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Required Proof: You must provide clear, high-resolution photos of the issue.

Resolution: Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no cost. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. LOST SHIPMENTS
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 14 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We are not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESS & UNCLAIMED ORDERS

Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for the shipping address provided at checkout.

Reshipping: If a package is returned to the fulfillment facility due to an incorrect address or failure to claim (unclaimed at customs/post office), the customer must pay all reshipping costs.

Donation: Items returned to the facility and left unclaimed for 30 days will be donated to charity and are no longer eligible for reshipment or refund.
5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (EU, UK, BRAZIL)

EU/UK Withdrawal: Residents have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Authorized returns must be shipped to our US-based coordinator at the customer’s expense in original, unused condition.

Brazil Regret: Residents have 7 days to initiate a return. Contact us with photo proof of the unused item.
6. POLICY ABUSE
ARTpublika LLC reserves the right to refuse service or refunds to individuals who exhibit a pattern of fraudulent claims or policy abuse.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. All transactions and refunds are processed in USD.
